Prior to our trips, participants will be provided virtual language instruction to prepare them with key vocabulary and phrases that will enable them to engage with host players, coaches, officials, and families during their experience.

Participants in our cultural exchange programs will be provided individualized plans to support goal areas of their choosing in the game of baseball. To the degree it can be facilitated, support for these goal areas will be built into the programming onsite at our cultural exchange excursions, and resources to support attainment of the identified goals will be provided by our team.

Many studies over decades speak to the cognitive, academic and social benefits of developing bilingualism in young people. For this reason, we provide individualized and customized player development sessions, both in-person and virtual support, available in English and in a Spanish immersion format experience. All aspects of the game are covered in terms of areas of development (hitting, fielding, pitching, mental aspects of the game, agility, speed, etc.). Participants do not need to engage in one of our cultural exchange events to receive individual training and development. Players ages 5-18.
